To cancel a consultation, please contact us by telephone or email, quoting the appointment reference shown on your confirmation.

There is no charge for cancelling a consultation.

Please give us as much notice as you can, so that we can offer the time to someone else. A minimum notice period applies and is set by the store; we will tell you what it is if it affects your appointment.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know. We keep a record of appointments that are not attended so that we can manage advisors’ time fairly.
