Every tasting will be personally led by a qualified member of our wine team, combining recognised wine education with extensive experience in customer guidance, training and responsible tasting delivery.
Daniel Viljoen

Daniel brings a decade of premium drinks and hospitality experience, most recently advising private clients at Le Clos on rare and allocated wines and spirits. With a background in bar management, customer education and staff training, he also has strong practical experience in hosting controlled, responsible tasting sessions.

With nearly two decades across luxury hospitality, wine buying and premium retail, Jeandré has led renowned wine programmes in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including senior roles with Zuma, Addmind and MMI. An award-winning curator and experienced educator, he brings exceptional knowledge, sound judgement and a highly professional approach to every tasting.

Mike brings more than 25 years of wine experience and is a highly experienced WSET educator, having trained hundreds of students through Levels 1 and 2 in Wine. He also leads the 200-member Abu Dhabi Wine Club and serves as Echanson for the UAE Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, combining deep expertise with an engaging and accessible approach to wine education.
