A consultation is a private appointment with a member of the CRU advisory team at CRU by The Bottle Store.

Your booking is confirmed immediately when you submit it. There is no waiting period and no separate approval step.

We assign your advisor. Consultations cannot be booked with a named advisor, so that whoever is best placed to help you is the person available at your chosen time.

Please arrive at your appointment time. If you are running late, telephone us and we will do what we can.

You must be over 21 and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in the UAE. You confirm this when you book, and we may ask for identification.

Booking a consultation does not reserve any particular bottle and does not commit you to buy anything. Availability of specific bottles cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Occasionally we may need to move an appointment. If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact method you chose, and offer you an alternative.
